Mohd Arbab Khan, the visionary leader behind JustiSphereX Legal, has built a career defined by expertise, innovation, and a passion for justice. With a comprehensive academic background that includes an LLM in Intellectual Property from Amity Law School, Noida, and a BBA LLB from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Mohd Arbab is well–equipped to navigate the complexities of modern legal challenges. He also holds a certification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Before establishing JustiSphereX Legal, Mohd Arbab honed his skills through diverse roles in prominent legal firms. His work has ranged from legal consulting at ByProduct Ventures LLP to managing complex regulatory and intellectual property matters at Proteggere. He has successfully handled over 20 clients, providing strategic counsel on corporate law, data privacy, and intellectual property.
At JustiSphereX Legal, Mohd Arbab leads the IP Prosecution team, driving the firm’s excellence in trademark, patent, copyright, and design cases. In addition to his intellectual property expertise, he brings substantial experience in civil and company law, arbitration, and negotiations, which enables him to offer clients practical and tailored legal solutions.
