Akash Singh, a dedicated legal professional, is leading the IP Litigation team at JustiSphereX Legal. With a robust educational background that includes a B.A. LL.B from the University of Allahabad and an LLM in Intellectual Property from Amity University, Noida, Akash brings both academic rigour and practical
expertise to his role. His journey in law began with significant experience at the Allahabad High Court and Supreme Court, where he developed a strong foundation in litigation.

Before joining JustiSphereX Legal, Akash worked with prominent legal firms, gaining expertise in both trademark litigation and prosecution. His experience spans across criminal, matrimonial, and intellectual property law, allowing him to handle a diverse range of legal matters. He has successfully managed cases
in criminal law and matrimonial disputes, alongside his leadership in IP litigation.

Akash’s commitment to the legal system is evident in his handson approach to client cases.
